April is National Poetry Month, and the purr-fect time for a fun(d)-raising book launch of A Life Amongst Cats, a new collection of original poems and drawings by two Quadra islanders.
The book launch will include readings by an all-star cast of island performers and an animated presentation showcasing the artist’s illustrative journey.
